Ingredients.—Two oz. each of chopped apples, ■ suet,, arid'cold meat, 2 oz. of currants, 2\ oz. raisins, 2 oz. of -sugar, " Method.—Mis all tliesa ingredients together, and put them into a dish. . Then cover them with a'crust niado with about -4 lb. of flour and 1 oz. of' dripping. Tho crust should be made rather thin, and 'as it contains such a smaHguantity of dripping half a teaspoonful of baking poivdeimay be used. - . . FOR TO-MOEEOW. Ingredients.—Artichokes, 1 pint of milk- (less would do); beef for roasting, horseradish, ba-nana-fritters, cauliflower, potatoes.
