CABLEGRAM FROM ADMIRAL SPERRY. (by telegraph.—rnEss association.) Auckland, May 27. Mr. Prickitt, the Amorican Consul, received a cablegram to-duy from Admiral Sperry, commander of tho American Fleet, with reference to the visit to Auckland. The Admiral stated that there would bo 16 battleships, and lie desired particulars of the anchorage available in the harbour. Mr. Prickitt lias cqmiminicatcd with tho Primo Minister and the chairman of tho Auckland Harbour Board for official information. Captaiji Duder, harbourmaster, states that there will not bo the slightest difficulty ■in accommodating tho vessels.
