Each team will attempt to obtain 500 members, and the winning team will ba entertained by the losers on June 8. A barometer is displayed outside the building by which; tho-progress of tho rival teams will bo recorded. A telegram from 'Invercargill • to tho local Y.M.C.A. _ states; that, gratifying' results are being achieved' with tho building 'campaign in that city. In tho first twelve days £3638 was collected, of which sum £1618 was promised tho workers constituting the-' young men's team. Tho outlying districts of lnrorcargill aro to be worked, next, and it is hoped that sufficient funds to justify a beginning on the work of erecting a building mil soon be assured. >■
