' The victim's body was sent to his father without remark. On opening the coffin he discovered l\is son shot. ,
AN IRRESPONSIBLE YOUTH. Reports have been current for a long time of acts of stupidity and brutality- on the part of the Crown Prince of Sorvia, such as to throw considerable doubt on his mental condition. He is not regarded as much of a buttress to the unsteady throne whiclr his father King Peter, ascended when the last ruler of Servia' was assassinated. In February ho addressed a letter to the. President of the Skuptschina, referring to the Civil List, and declaring that he never requested, nor authorised anyone to request, an allowance. In the present' circumstances, and considering the bad : state of the country's finances, he declared that lie would not accopt any income under the Civil List unless it were offered unani monsly by all political parties. The Ministerial party met. and passed a resolution declar ing that tho Crown Prince had no right to address the President of . the Skuptschina lis the Civil List was intended for the King, 'm,o Crown Prince then recalled the letter; other wiso, the Cabinet would have resigned
