ALL SAINTS, KILBIRNIE.
Iho annual meeting of parishioners of All Saints, Kilbirnie, v was held on Wednesday evening, the Vicar (Rev. J. A. M'Nickle) prosidmg. -There .was a large attendance. Ino balanco sheet—in spite of special expenses during tho year amounting to over *"•0 showed a small credit balance. A debit balance of £74 on tlie Vicarage account (which totalled £7,72) is tho only liability in the parish. Iho usual votes of'thanks were passed. The following oliicc-bcarcrs were elected for the year:—Vicar's churchwarden, Mr. G. T. Taplin; parishioner.';' churchwarden, Mr. Philpotts; vestrymen, Messrs. J. Topp, Cattanach; 11. J. Gab\y Purchas, H. M. pliristie, Hig?inson, and C. E. Beunett: auditor, Mr. 3i\ W. Barnottj synodsnian, Mr. T. S. Powell. Tho meeting decided to purchase a small reed organ : for tho church in Jieu .ot.-tUQ^ari3Bßiit,.oild^otta.
