Murray, Roberts and Co. report as follows:—Catalogues to-day were very small, owners apparently: anticipating'a heavy fall in prices owing, to the recent heavy decline in wool values in London. We found, however, that with a small catalogue, prices maintained the'leveliof prices current last sale, with an occasional* drop of a farthing in short woolled lots, and inferior pelted' skins. Hides .were not in heavy supply, arid were for the most part in poor condition.. Prices for good lots, remained about on late, sales' level, but;; inferior sorts were hard to quit lit low prices.
