Auckland, March 25. 1 A Suva cablegram :—Lautoka reports that slight damage has been'done to the Largo Law'by grounding,, but she is being refloated. ■ O'Dowd Brothers have been drowned whilo riding across the river. The Union Company's chartered- cargo steamer Largo Law, 3974 tons,' Captain Honderson, was for a considerable period engaged in 'the Newcastle-New Zealand coal and timber trade, .and has; made frequent calls at Wellington. The vessel was a)so engaged in the raw sugar trade from Fiji to Auckland and Sydney. The latest advices regarding tho Largo Law is that she left Newcastle on February 28 for Suva.
