Arrangements havft. been made to hold-the Sirimming Sports it, Tomoana Lake, if tho original course on tho west shore cannot be used. A considerable amount of dissatisfaction has been expressed at:the turn matters have, taken; but, generally speaking, competitors have met the carnival committofl in a sportsmanlike manner.
