All ponies not previously measured will require a measurement certificate before being oligi'blo to run. . All handicaps, with the exception of the Easter Cup, Handicap, will be started on a' minimum of 8.0, the Easter Cup Handicap will be started on • a minimum of 7.7. Any winner during the day l will incur a penalty of 71b. Accommodation for ponies arid attendants can bo arranged for.- • No pony allowed to start whoso nomination •fee is unpaid.. . . .
