The child was born- on November" 24, and' Was taken to tho H'om'q in Forth' Street, .whore it'. was. fed. on, humaniskl-.' milk. for ,15 days. , Tho, child Was afterwards to the mother's lionie, where humanised > milk treatment was' continued.. but tho child was subsequentlyfed' on cow's milk mixed with water, also Neave's Food,: tho;, reason alleg&d for- tho change being that the ohild' did not thrive on humanised lhilk.', Tho jury re-, turned a verdict to the-:'effect' that f death was'due to acute indigestion,' ; produeed by improper feeding, tho: opinion. being . alto, expressed' that the. insanitary, surroundings had contributed to some extent to the child's . death.
