There is good reason to btheve,, however, that the' Stato collieries and Tyneside miners aro quite satisfied' with the present conditions, and that work will go on as usual.' . i To-night tho Blackball Union filed the fol-. lowing oliarges against-the Company:— : (1) That the Blackball Coal Co. committed a breach of tho award by. discharging- at a minute's notice in about tho middlo of tho day, seven men engaged at piecework, before tho day's work was' finished; '
(2) That the Blackball Coal Company committed a, breach of Section 118 of tho Industrial, Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1905, by discharging seven men' employed by it because thoy were Unionists, j (3) That the Blackball Coal Company committed a broach of Section. 15 of tho Amendment Act, 1905, by causing a lock-out by discharging sovon men employed by it. An, endeavour will bo made to got the Court to sit at Blackball.
