' (by telegraph—-special correspondent.) Duncdin, February 25. The' Hon. -J. A. Millar leaves for Wellington to-morrow morning, but will probably return' here early in-April. The Minister intends'to address his constituents at tho beginning of June, when ho will spend Romo time in Duncdin. This afternoon ho opened a new post oliico in Koslyn, erectcd at a cost of £1350.
