Minister, was found guilty of; misappropriation of public funds, with extenuating circumstances. 'He was. sentenced to 350 days' imprisonment. In . addition, Signor : Nasi is debarred for 50 months from holding-public office, and,is fined 200 lire, and is ordered to pay the costs of tho prosecution. Signor Lombarflo, his official secretary, acquitted on the ground of insufficiency of evidence; : ' -
