Gardons for watering tho beds for at least four hours. I. also noticed yesterday ' morning at an early hour a hose- being freely used in washing out tho tram waiting-shed at Clyde Quay. Surely, sir, the Council should'set tho oxnmpla in conserving the water.—l am, ote., PARCHED. February 18.
