Messrs. HnTcourt ami Co., held a successful sale at, their auction' 'rooms' yesterday afternoon, when they! offered the first subdivision of (he Palfrey Estate, Upper'Hutt. There was keen competition for most of the sections', which resulted altogether.:in:the sum of ,£2(>2G beinK obtained for 3S sections. 'Die. highest price paid was for sections 02 and G. 1 !
