OPERA JIOOSB. The charming fairy fantasy, "Bluebell iu Fait-vland." was repeated by (lie Pollard Juvenile Opera Company at the Opera Housa ' last evening, the perforniance. being witnessed iiv n large and appreciative audience. Bluebell, with her eccentric entourage, Blib, Blob, and Petei"the : Oat, will appear'for the last time this evening, giving place to-morrow to "The Isle of Bong Bong." There will be no matinee performance of ".Bluebell" to-morrow afternoon, owing to the fact that: the task of preparing for the new, production in .the ( evening has entailed u good deal 'of extra ■ work. As a special concession, however, children are to be admitted to this evening's performance'at half-price. The brilliant musical comedy, entitled, "The -Isle of Bong JSong," judging from the rehearsals, should prove a great, success.' The dresses otul scenery are gorgeous, the setting lending itself to brilliant colour effects, which Mr. IV.Manl has taken advantage of in his characteristically thorough manner. The music and lyrics are particularly striking. There will be an effective orchestra of sixteen, performers, under the able baton 01 Mr. A. Brahms. TIIKATRB BOYAT,. There was again a large number of visitor) at. Wonderland yesterday. The attraction! have been increased by the addition of a new side show, -called "The Pike." This consists of slot machines. The apparatus, which is qiiilo. new to the Dominion, lias been imported from America, and is automatically worked by electricity.
