(Before Mr. W. G. Riddell, S.M.) ALLEGED SHEEP-WORRYING. Patrick Kavanagh, Kaiwarra, sued_ Henry >N. Martin. also of .Kaiwarra, for £25, being the valuo of fifty lambs destroyed., by a dog ■ belonging, it was alleged, to defendant-.
