Brazil, tho Brazilian polico have discovered an Anarchist plot to destroy part of tho American fleet whilo it is in Rio harbour. Jean Fedeher, residing at Potropolis, is said to bo tho chief conspirator, but' Anarchists in other suburbs, and some abroad, aro co-operating. Potropolis id' a German colony in Brazil, 28 miles north of Eio de Janeiro. It is also a favourite place of summer residence for rich Brazilians. The arrival of tho American fleet ac Rio de Janeiro was announced on January 13. - ' '
