An accompanying letter from tho Tramways Union thanks Mr. Fullford for his kindness. , Cardinal Moran will visit New Zealand to open the new Roman Catholic Cathedral in Auckland on February 23. His Eminence, who'has paid two previous visits to this country, will arrive a week before the ceremony, and spend tho interval at Rotorua. He will not come to Wellington, as his advancing years render unnecessary travel inadvisable. All tho New Zealand Roman Catholic Bißliops will attend the ceremony, and Bishop O'Connor, of Armidale, aud probably some other Australian Bishops, are expected to be present. Cardinal Moran will leave Auckland for Sydney the day following tho ceremony, and Bishops Vernon, of Dunedin, and Leniban, of Auckland, will leave by the same steamer for Sydney, preparatory to paying a visit to Europe.
