With regard to tho .now Hospitals .BUI,, which will bo one of tho first .measures introduced uoxt session, Dr. Yalintine told, a " Times " reporter ; that it would provide for both Charitable Aid Boards and Hospital Boards being controlled .by- one.'body,..by... which means a good deal of overlapping will. be prevented.
