Thirty Social Democrats, members of the Kecond Duma have been exiled to Siberia, , of whom twenty-two have been sentenced to. an additional four or five years' imprison-' , ment. lhe latter include Prince Tscheparidze and-others who took a prominent part in the London Congress. . Theso are the Social Democrat members of the second Duma, who were charged with complicity in a plot against the Tsar. The charges were made the occasion to dissolve the Duma.
