A stormy conferenoo' at Michnapur resulted in' Surondanath Bannerjco being deposed as head student of tho Nationalist community, in favour of Arabinta Gboso, who was lately triod for sodition. ' '
It was cabled in November that tho Moderates had secured control of tho Indian. National Congress, and that the promotion of industries was to bo placed in tho forefront of their programme. . Evidently tho forces of sedition are far from losing tho day.
