Dinizulu, -with his fifty followers, has surrendered to tho civil authorities. Ho gave himself up unconditionally, without compulsion, and is now guarded at Nongmua. Two rebols belonging to a murder gar.g wero found in a loyal chief's kraal in Zululand. Tho intended victim was awaro that ho was a marked man, his brother being murdered a weok ago. Owing to the presence of armed bands of Zulus on the western and northern bordors, martial law has been proclaimed at Vrybeid and Paulpietorsburg. Dinizulu's wives and many followers aro coming in. (Rec. Dec. 11, 9.45 p.m.) Durban, December 11. Although 2GO of Dinizulu's imfnediato followers, hare corao in, Maukulmana, his chief induna, and other head mon are awaiting events. It is expected that Dinizulu will undergo criminal trial at the Supreme Court on a charge of inciting rebellion. The Government believo that mobilisation arertcd a collision, as the natives intcnScd to resist Dinizulu's arrest by the police alono.
