EXHIBITION OF PUPILS': WORK. TO .BE OPENED TO-DAY. An interesting exhibition , off tho 'work of the pupils of tlio Wellingtoiy : Tocbnical School' will bo hold to-day and tri-morrqW in the school buildings. Thescope of'tho exhibition was indicated in a report .which the Visiting Committeo. of the Wellington Provincial Industrial Association presented at last night's mooting of tlio Association's General Committee. ' Tlio report stated that tlio. committee hid had the pleasure of..seeing. the exhibits, 1 which are arranged in .the' woodwork and carpentry rooms on the first floor of the now workshops, the walls and tables being cov- ied with examples of work dono during the term by pupils attending the day, and thoeveni.ig classes. ".Some of the .drawings rand paintings, also stencil work, are by.pupils whose .ages range from 8 to 12 years'. - Wonderfully clover, too, is the. work of 'these, children'.. Clarke, chartered accountant, England and Wales, is the-instructor in accountancy and bookkeeping,..and he has 170 students. • During the t,erm just closed, Mr, Clarko has had the excellent average attendance of 167.
