INDIAN OUTRAGE. , ATTEMPT TO BLOW UP ( A TRAIN. BY TELEGRAPH—PBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Bombay, Deoomber 9. Whilo a train was convoying Sir A. H. Fraser, Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal, and Lady Fraser betweon Warayangar and-Bena-pur, an attempt was made to dynamite it. Several sleopers were blown to fragments, and a big holo was mado in tho ground. Tho engine was not derailed, and no ono was hurt.
