It is no longer considered vulgar to travel third class, and in a short time it may be considered quite the smart thing to do. Indeed, so great is tho passion for extremes among a certain set that railway companies may have to provide a fourth class to meet tho wishes of this section of the community. -—"Weekly Dispatch."
