A NARROW ESCAPE.
GENERAL KAULBARS AND HIS BOMB. BY TELEGRAPH—rKESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. St. Petersburg, November, 29. Vladimir Ouloff, son of a captain who was a friend of General Kanlbars, was hanged at Odessa for armed robbery and shooting police in the streets. A search of his room at his parents' residence revealed a bomb intended for General Kaulbars's next visit.
