' A hitch has eccurred in tho proceedings of tho new Court which was appointed to carry into effect the local option vote (at which 65 ■electorates carried: reduction). 11 Counsol for a loading brewery firm raised the points that tho reduction vote was not carried according to tho wording:of tho Act, and that, if carried, it had not been gazetted as the Act required. Tho President will give his decision on Monday.
