The charge against Herr Harden, editor of "Dio Zukunft," of libelling Count Kuno von Moltko—which resulted in ah acquittal of Harden in the lower Court, but which is being carried by the _ Public Prosecutor to the Landgerichte for re-trial, with Count Moltko as co-prosecutor—has been fixed for December 12. r .
