' ; ■ . . ■■ Method.—Put some/ water .on to boil, or steam, the pudding. Mix the flour, suet (or Dtittfcr),' and' sugnr'together. Wipe the lemon' and thon grate the yellow- rind from it, being careful not to grato in the white part. 11" the rind. . Beat the eggs and add the mil);.
