COURT OF APPEAL.
A sitting of the Court was lield yesterday morning. His Honour the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) and Justices Cooper and Hutton constituted the Court. His Honour tho Chief Justico .intimated that tho reserved judgment in the case Annie Quayle Townend v. the Commissioner ol Stamps was not yet ready; and that it would prohahly bo delivered on December 20. The Court then adjourned until that date.
