' A serious nativo trouble has occurred at Abakaliki,: in Lagos, the British colony and protectorate on tho Guinea coast of Africa. A British ■ officer .was killed, and thirty nativo soldiers were killed or wounded. Compulsory omplovment of natives in roadmaking caused .the outbreak.
