In accordance with the proposals of the Premier (Mr. Wade) all the Northern collieries, excepting the Rhonnda, resumed work to-day. Unionists and non-unionists worked amicably at tho Rhonnda Colliery beforo the strike; but to-day tho Unionists refused to restart with tho non-Unionists. (Rec. Nov. 26, 1.7 a.m.) Novombor 25. The difficulty at the Rhonnda Colliery has been settled, and work has been resumed. VICTORIAN STATE COAL DEFERRED. Melbourne, November 25. The Government, which, during tho coal famine caused by the striko, thought of purchasing tho Coal Creek Mine, has abandoned that idea.
