' ".■■ HOMINY BLANC MANGE. i Method.—Put a pint of milk, two tablespoonfuls full of hominy, one tablespoonful of jugar, and lemon or other flavouring on to boil until they are tender. After that rinse a mould with cold water and pour tho hominy .-'into it to cool. Turn.it out'when it is quite firm, and serve it cold with jam or stewed fruit. :■-..; ■ .FOE TO-MORROW. Ingredients.—Leg of mutton, capers, turnips, potatoes, 31b. shin of beef (stew this so-that theS fat may be easily removed from it to-morrow), vegetables for soup, celery or celery seeds, pastry, half pint of milk, Jam.
