PAIMEKSTON. Mr. R. Hornblow, proprietor of tho Manga* weka "Settler," states that ho will again contest the Oroiia seat. Mr. Newman will contest Manawatu, and Mr. Guthrie, of Ruahine, who is identified with the Educati?>i. Board, the Farmers' Union, and the Iviwitea County Council, will contest Rangitikei. A strong Ladies' Committee is working in the interests of tho Hospital Day collections. Tho animal school examinations commenced here 011 Monday.
