This tho committee accepted as a model. Dr. Sidev stated ; that the Liturgy he preferred 'was 'that of th« Dutch Reformed Church. Ho said that the ministers of some of the leading Presbyterian .churches in New. Zealand appeared to bo adopting forms, of their own. Building Operations. A prominent business man interested ifl several building enterprises estimates , thai there are 'it present in' Napier and immediatt surrounding districts; buildings in course ol ' erection to.the Value of Tho principal of these; are'the splendid new Caledonian" Hotel,'extensive additions to,the Ma». sonic Hotel,- largo offices for. Messrs. DalCo., ;.handsome new technical sohool, and' a large residence .for Mr. G. P. Donnelly. ■ Difficulty is being experienced in regard to labour, and .for this reason some large;works.are'being hindered. ■ Carpenters are especially in demand, and good tradesmen are'being eagerly snapped up. ■
