(JMB.IGB 10s. 9d.). Tho following aro the four-weekly financial returns for tho North and South Islands, tho totals for the year to dato being given in brackots:—North Island: Revenue, JCB3.SBB lis. 2d. (.£612,012 os. 3d.); expenditure, -£G6,031 19s. lid. (.£131,903 7s. 3d.). South Island: Kovcnue, ,£100,511 lis. Gd. (.£761,696 2s. 7d.); expenditure, X 51.595 Is. 3d. (je5G7,07-i 9s. Id.).
