The trial of Adolf Brand, an eccentric political pamphleteer, on a charge of accusing Prince von Bulow, the German Chaacellor, of infamous practices, has commenced, and is arousing extraordinary interest. (Rco. Nov. 8, 0.2 a.m.). Berlin, November 7. Brand withdrew his insinuations against Prince Bulow, and throw himself on the mercy of the Court, which sentenced him to eighteen months' imprisonment.
