' The following are the winners in the Parliamentary Lawn Tennis Tournament played on Saturday:— Ladies' Double;;: Sirs. Sidey and Miss Stevens. Combined Doubles: Mr. Malcolm and' Miss Sinclair. Men's Doubles: Hon. Mr. Paul and Mr. Malcolm Ross. Ladies' Consolation Singles: Miss Rutherford. ■ Handsome prir.es for the tournament were given by the Right Hon. Iho Premier, .the 'Hon. J. Carroll, the Hon. the Speaker, Messrs. Aitkcn, Hardy, and Rutherford, M.H.lt.'s, Mrs. Sidey, and Judge Palmer. Tho prizes were presented to the. successful competitors by Lady Ward.,' Afternoon tea from Bellamy's "was provided by members. At the close of the proceedings, cheers were given for Lady Ward, Mrs. Malcolm Ross (who originated the tournament), Mr. J. Giljon (the liandicappcr), Messrs. Malcolm and Lang (who carried' out the arrangements), and to the donor.'; of prizes. During tho afternoon Sir Joseph .Ward, the Hon. tho Speaker, thejion. Messrs. The lawn was in fine condition, and there wau a large muster of plavers and their friends.
