Tho Government promised to inquire' into the matter.
Private W. Cutler was /in the Australian team that shot at Bisley, and; in Canada. In the Kolaporo Cup, the fourth individual score in the Australian team, which was just beaten by Britain.:/ Ho then scored 97 out of .'a possible 105, at 200 yds., 500 yds, and 600 yds. In the shooting for the 1 Palma; Trophy Cutler put up the best individual score for Australia scoring 70, out of a possible ,75 at 800 yds. 900 yds., and 1000 yds. Sergeant W. Tatlow, of tho" sth V.8.R., Wark, who is third, was in splendid form at Bisley, for ho got third 'n the King's, fifth in the Grand Aggregate, and fourth in All-Comers' Aggregate. Ho is a seasoned shot, having got into the prize-list of the King's as early as 18S7, a feat ho has performed lline times siiico then.
