[BY-TEI/EGRAPn.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.] ■ ' October 20. * At tho inquest, on the tody "of Michaol ■ Henry, who died.as tho result of an acci- ) dent when.working on tho, Harbour Board's ; dredge, it was ascertained that tho part of I the machinery which broko had been mado |:local)y, and had never been tested by.the ) ilarbour Board. A vordict was returned that death had resulted from the accident, and a rider was added that: it was advisable that in future the Harbour Board should test tho strength of all chains and similar machinery used by 'them.
