Tardy judgment was delivered in Biirlin on August 17, in the case for Majestatsbeloidi pung brought. against a man named Adolf Kruger, who, whilst intoxicated, utterod antiImperial sentiments in a public hall at Kopenick three years ago. Next morning ho remembered nothing of tho matter. Someone, however, out of vongeanco, reported the words -uttered to tho police who took the matter up and prosecuted, with tho result that Krugor was sentenced to two months' imprisonment.
