The Creusot Ordnanco Works will noxt yoar deliver to,'Servia : material, and ammunition for forty-seven field batteries and nine' mountain batteries. Tho Crousot will also supply Greece with all material for new artillery. Creusot, with its large cannon foundries, owos its importance mostly to tlio huge ironworks of Schneider and Co. It is . situated in tlio French department of Saone-et-Loire, and in 1901 its population was 30,175. . • The auti-regicule ferment, in Sorvi.i, and tho. raids and counter raids on the Greek frontier, aro both occupying.the serious attention of European diplomacy.
