Tho " Daily Telegraph's" Rabat correspondent states that it is reported thac Great Britain has informed tho Sultan that tho British Government fears that tho captivity of Said M'Lean is dangerous, owing to the Kaid's advanced age, and demands his release. It is reported that Raisuli claims a ransom of 400,000 dollars for the release of the Kaid, also the governorship of Tangier for himself, and tho governorship of another port for an adherent. Morocco, October 3. Tho Sultan, Abdul Aziz, has sent Tazzi, Finance Minister, to Paris, tho object being to pawn tho royal jcv/ols. I
