Liontenarit Carlyon Bollairs, M.P. for King's Lynn, speaking before his constituents, said that the- Naval estimates had been /reduced by 8£ millions in threo years. Each de : crease had. been met by an increase in the German naval expenditure.
Lieutenant BcJlairs said he would support the Government as long as it adhered to tho two-Power standard, but if it broko its promises in that respect ho would light tho Government.
"It is better," said Lieutenant Bellairs, "that Lord Tweedmouth (First Lord of the Admiralty) should bo a fallen Minister than that Great Britain should bo a fallen State."
