The Alley Liner Kazembe, whicli arrived in the stream at 6.45 p.m. oil Tuesday, was granted pratique, and berthed at tne .Glasgow Wharf yesterday morning, fcjlie left fort Kembla l;'st Thursday, and ex-perienoed-lresh winds until Sunday, when south-westerly gales wore encountered, and lasted until arrival here. The Kazembe carries a crew of 62 Lascars, and is under the command of Capt. J. W. Anderson. who has with him the following olticers:—Chief, Mr. It. Berimer: second, Mr. 0. T. Smith, third, Mr. J. R. I'aine. Chief engineer, Mr. D. Keith; second, Mr. C. h. de Cleary. The vessel is due to leave here for Vancouver, via Auckland and" Honululu this evening,' and is taking 2600 bales of hemp and JOO sacus of cocksfoot for Vancouver from Wellington. ARRIVAL OF TIIE MAHENO. A large number of people assembled on the Queen's Wharf yesterday morning to meet, the Union Company's turbine steamer Maheno.
