BILL FOR THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT.

San Francisco owners of codfish vessels are preparing to present to tho Russian Government, through the State Department at Washington, a large indemnity bill on account of the recent ejectment of the barquentine S. N. Castle and the barque J. B. Sprockets from tho Okhotsk Sea. Further advices from the Orient may show that the bill should include damages for the detention of the barquentine Fremont of San Francisco and the City of Papeeto of Seattle. News of tho latter boats is being anxiously awaited, as it is feared they may have been captured by tho Russian cruiser that took away the. papers of the Sprcckels and Casfcl*.
