' JIo was dressed for tho occasion" by" a tailor" ■who only cuts for tho "Four Hundred" in tho latest style in 'mon's clothes. Mr. Belmont's guests wcro solemnly introduced, and then watched ' tho chimpanzee eat his luncheon, n performance ho went through.with lrroproachablo decorum.
