P.G., Now Plymouth.—lt was decided in the Wellington Supremo Court several months ago that it is illegal for a " co-operative " company to receive, milk from non-shareholders or to make loans of money to dairy runners unless'power to do so is specially provided for in the articles of association. It is open, however, to a company to amend its articles.
