Vegetarianism Seyms to lie making headway in English aristocratic oirclos. Recently tlio Duchess of Portland gavo a luncheon-party at the Kustaoo JUiles Restaurant. The guests included Mr. Balfour, Lord Itavclstoke, Lady 'Cynthia Graham. iMisa Balfour, and tlio Duchess of Marlborough, and here follows 1 ' the menu:—H.'ors d'CEiivro: Mock ham in aspic, olivos farcis. Soup's-: Tomato and lettuce, petite innrrnito, chmc of meek salmon. Entrees: Galantine v/itli salad, egg and cheese boignots ■ and grecri peas, Protocc cutlets a 1;: Jardiniere. Sweets: Devonshire junket, proteid it--:: pudding, pear jifellia. Salad: .Russian, tomato and iottuce. Dessert: ColTco.
